Nestled in the hills near Markleysburg, PA and Yough Lake is our 75 acre camping facility and retreat center. Located on the Mason-Dixon Line at the western end of the Maryland panhandle, the camp is conveniently located to many area attractions.

Mission
Camp Sonrise Mountain is a non-profit corporation that exists for the purpose of providing facilities and an environment where the gospel of Jesus Christ may be proclaimed and where individuals are encouraged to seek and find greater meaning for their lives in Christ.
History
The camp is part of the Allegheny Region Churches of God (ARC) and was built in1965. The original land was the Maryland portion of the Rodahaver farm donated to the Churches of God for the purposes of building a camp. Many additions have occured over the years to make the camp one of the best facilities in the area.
